Thanks for the replies. I did check and the little wire is hooked up to the solenoid and I have about 14 volts there and at the starter. When I went back out later today and turned the key on, the lights on the dash came on and as soon as I turned the key to the start position there was a little click and the lights went off and won't come back on.
