The key switch is an AR58126, number is in my head, that's how many of them I've replaced. If the idiot lights don't come on, it's probably bad. Start there. if it didn't crank when you jumped it at the starter, the starter is probably shot. I have the Delco number in my head, but not positive so I won't post it...That starter was never very good, a Nippondenso or gear drive will crank it better than it did new. Next thing to look at is the breaker on the firewall above the starter.
(I cheated & checked the switch # before I posted, that's it...) :)
