NEMO | Guess you can do it however you want,,,spring and fall herds both here, use the same bulls as cleanup for AI. Dropping a cow back between herds is a rare exception. Once you get cows calving in a 45-50 day window, and select hfs from longterm maternal lines, it all falls in place. It may take several cow generations to get there, but it's doable, and the cows get selected according to your feed resources. To answer your question, yes you could run bulls out year round, but we usually pull them just to kinda get them feed back up a little.
