NC Iowa | i have a toshiba external drive for backup. the last time i used it, i used the backup program provided with the drive, and that it installed. it backed up ok, but data was in a special toshiba format that required a special restore program that i was unable to locate. my backup was unusable by me.
i just want to copy all the data files, pictures and email (live mail) messages to an external drive so i will have a copy if i need ever to recover this data.
what would be the best way for me to do this?
