You are charging about all that many markets will bear. That does not imply that the market returns all costs plus reasonable profit to the custom operator. You have to decide if prevailing market rates + other factors unique to the situation make it worth your time. If these people are as difficult as you imply, make it worth your time. If they walk, you've eliminated a low $ irritation.
