NE, KS | I just finished my second FSA facility loan. Paid the first one off just in-time to have a wind storm take down the grain setup, anyways, here they give the Indians 4 weeks to protest for ancient landmarks then it is just a bunch of paper work. Nothing thats really that bad though. Also cannot start construction until the loan is fully approved. I just did a 10 year for I believe 2.75% The one I paid off was at 1.75%
Edit to add: build it as big as you can afford !
