GREATLY appreciate the info on FSA bin loans. Didn't know they had that program. 3.5 sounds WAY better than 5!
Have you checked into FSA bin loans? I am putting up a 40000 bushel bin and the hoops you have to jump through to get that low interest is ridiculous. Site inspection for possible ancient burial grounds and public announcements that I am going to be putting up a bin in case someone wanted to object. It took 3 minutes for the guy at FSA just to tell me all the restrictions that might stop it. No thank you is what I told them. |
