South Eastern VA | I would agree that a couple drop type seeders could work. Just mount a fan underneath with a manifold and some tunes to direct the cover seeds to your desired location...kind of like the fancy air seeders use.
You could probably find a wrecked air seeder and use the fan and manifold off of that. Or use electric fans so you don’t need any type of hydraulic requirements to operate it...that way you could use older tractors for the operation. | |
