You know they are taking their time to best position a ton of money to benefit from their next move. They well know our stock market and theirs are going to jump sharply higher if they come back in heavy, what they spend on commodities will probably be paid for many times over with what they make on having advanced information of what they are going to do and when. Just my .02
Sharp drop in indices not a good sign!
