Been through the area, cold wet dirt. Lots of water comes over and underground from the east. Perfect year it will have good crops. Any bit on the cold side and I see it suffering.
I'd guess 150-175 corn on good years. Biggest problem is basis, getting far from the Mississippi, end of the line from BNSF PNW shuttle loader.
I'd guess 5K max, only because of tract size.
5 k for that land? That's a pipe dream up there. Will be surprised if it brings half that. |
