southern MN | A local case here, you might hear it on national news, a 13 year old & parents have refused chemo for some Hodgken's Lukemia. In local court now, the govt wants the kid to get the chemo treatments, folks say the kid doesn't want them & using the tea stuff. A lot of issues all rolled up into that one. Your post reminded me of that.
Mom went through 2 years of cancer & treatments.
My sis went through 2 years of cancer & treatments.
My brother in law went through a year of cancer & treatments at the same time my sis was on her 2nd round. He's surviving so far, not out of the woods but real hopeful.
Now my father in law is going through it. They went from hoping to giving him 5 good years, to 2 good years, now they are debating whether any more can be done. He's kinda in the VA system.
I know how it can get a person down.
