Not sure what style barn you have but something that hasn't been mentioned is warm wall package on concrete stem walls. Not only is conduction heat loss an issue but more so is condensation an issue, raises humidity requiring higher min vent rates. Just something that hasn't been mentioned yet.
What does everyone do to try to hold heat in a hog barn?
