Surestops are commonly adapted to all sorts of controllers. I have put more than a few behind a john deere rate controller in the days before Kinze came out with the ISOBUS planter control system. Surely something like that can be done with the 700.
If by AFS 700 you mean a Case Pro700, Kinze's ISOBUS system can drive surestops, but that really only works if your planter is a Kinze.
