And the dope in charge has a long list of others to give it to. The gays, indians, & every other shade of person under the sun in all corners of the world.... They all need to be paid.
Canada is already a carbon neutral country, with some the strictest enviro laws going - and yet we aren't doing our part until we pay pay pay.
