| Without turning this into a "is global warming real fight", I have been hearing on the radio about the latest climate report and that we need to cut down on our carbon emmisions
They always point to British Columbia as an example of what can be done and is being done succesfully.
The way I understand it is you pay a carbon tax on certain items. What I dont quite understand is they keep saying the "tax goes back to the people" What exactly does that mean?
How significant is the carbon tax/how much is it?
