I don't understand the pricing, I thought I could, but it's based on Tons of carbon emitted during burning?
How it comes back, is I believe, reduced income taxes or some such. Kind of a bizarre system. I don't like it. Greenhouses get it back, either entirely or partially. We were hoping all of Ag would get a return, but not so much.
