We switched from cable to Dish about 1 1/2 years ago I guess. I like it better than cable. The only problem is when it rains hard enough to loose signal. One thing that I really like is the RFD channel, that wasn't available on cable. The dish is a little cheaper but not much, but we do have a DVR now also.
