Se wisc. | Ok , first there is no old money involved but old experiences.
We are growing millet, organic barley,wheat, organic rye, intercropped beans, organic beans, non GMO food grade beans,GMO beans, GMO corn, non GMO corn, organic corn, sorghum, peas for seed,hay, straw and hops harvest this weekend. We dry,store and clean some of our seed and hops.
Our paid staff, some part time include ASE certified mechanic, a ASE degreed engineer, a journalist with a degree in environmental policy, a wetland restoration manager, a journeyman lineman, a fireman crew chief, a retired manager of a large farm estate, a township maintenance engineer, a doctor, a registered nurse, a cabinetmaker and a few stragglers.
Seven grandkids are now the biggest assets. | |
