Wow. I would say you're lucky to get out of that POS for $7K. Expensive lesson, but that was no 2700 hour tractor. Add 10,000 to the hours, probably. Where are you, & where is this crook? I've seen some shady jockeys before, but dang. Charging you for the 3rd remote took some cojones for sure...
