Doctor, I like it.
It is their choice to call for assitance, all the units I sell I make sure the customer knows how to run it. Most have chosen the $1500 per year, and a few haven't that are very familiar with their system, and do their own updates.
Do you do inspections on your equipment? Or is that a way to screw you? Dealerships lose money on the inspections, and only make it when you pay them to repair items. And no dealerhsip means no support, and no options. Then we would all drink the same color koolaid and a monopoly of massive proportions would be picking at your pocketbook, and they WOULD be screwing you. You forget this is all the consumers choice, if my customers don;t like me or the services I provide, they can choose other options. ;) |
