Oklahoma Panhandle | What UPS would you recommend for a desktop computer, monitor, and printer? What level of VA, Joules, etc. should I be looking for. I just moved into the country and am trying to protect against losing data when the electricity goes out as well as lightning damage.
Also, at what point should I protect my internet cable? Can you simply install some type of data line protection at the modem to protect everything downstream? My modem and wireless router are in a separate room from the computers.
