| Took my wife to dinner for our tenth. Afterwards we stopped by this hotel that had a great bar that makes mojitos just the way she likes. Well I had already rented the presidential suite, and it was handily right on the way out as we left. As we walked by I fished the key out of my pocket and said "Hey let's look in here!". Dumb but only thing I could think of to say. Had flowers in the room...
Things went pretty well from there.
Been a few years, she still brings it up from time to time about how special it was and how much she liked it. I haven't done anything like that before or since. Still trying to figure out how to top that. | |
