| You don’t have a clue on what rents should be in our area. I farm 30 miles north of mosinee and that is an average rent. The land up here is not 200 bu corn land and 70 bu bean land like your on Paul. Comparing southern Minnesota to north central Wisconsin is hilarious. There is no comparison. People that pay the big bucks up here are dropping like flies. Now I also wouldn’t want my land being subleased out by the land renter. | |
