My wife uses one of those ear bugs for the cell phone so she got me one thinking I would use it. She says it really works good and I tried it but just not ready to look like a Borg (assimilated human from Star Trek).

Besides, it would take all the fun of driving the pickup with the cell phone in one hand, a soda in the other while driving with my knee down a gravel road with a trailer on.

Yeah, I know....... dangerous. I keep the trailer under 16,000 gross
