I agree with you on neighbor looking for work if it takes around 3 hrs per load.    

We need more info on this.  How long does it take to load the truck?  What kind of roads to the delivery site?  How long does it take to get in and out of the delivery site?  

Knowing the above gives yo a better idea what the average turn around time will be per load.   Then you will have a better idea if the present charge of $0.20 per bushel is reasonable.
