500 bu. x .2 = $100
30mi x 2ways = 60miles
$100 / 60 miles = $1.67/mile both ways

60 mile trip @ 60 mph = 1 hr = $100 / hr

Being able to say your wife is your farm's preferred trucking co. ... priceless

Seriously though if you think those numbers look like you can make a profit then it looks good. May make you want to own a semi.
