south Texas , York Rife Freemason | you can pull it off the back ,leave in the 2 bolts that hold the pto togther .
the bolts that hold the pto togther are short ,both sides i think .
it will come right out ,you may need to pull off the third link cover to get the "driveshaft " off .
it does take a special tool to compress the spring ,it could hurt you if you take the pto apart wrong .
drive the tractor headdown in a ditch and pull pto out ,then have dealer change shaft., its heavy ., be careful. |
