| I would show this to the owner and see if he will help in correcting these many problems. I'm not sure how it got to this condition, whether it was jumping from renter to renter on short term leases or just long term neglect or something else. But the owner should want his land to be more productive than this. If he won't pick up at least part of the lime cost and give you a long term lease at a below market rate to allow you to pour some $$ into improving things I would walk away. | |
