We're looking to go with PC Mars as an accounting program for our farm business.   As I understand it, PC Mars is not a web based program.  They may offer a web based program in the future, but as of now PC Mars does not offer a web based program.

My wife will be using the accounting program on one computer, and I will be using the program on a different computer.  What would be the easiest way for her and I to accomplish this? 

This is one of those times I feel like I might be asking a dumb question.... like it's a very simple answer that I should already be aware of.   But I'm not, so I'm asking.
