IL. | not sure what state your in but it used to be in IL. the supplier had 60 days to fill a lien, not sure what it is now, I learned a long time ago when ever you get anything something built or work done get a release from the contractor stating all bills for material have been paid (can't think of the proper term for it now) but if you have a paid in full bill it will help,but you still may be liable for bill and then it's up to you to get it back form the contractor, as much as I dislike them you may need a lawyer.
