Cedar Rapids, Iowa		Build the website in Google Sites. It's free. This also eliminates the need to buy web authoring software. You can update it from anywhere, and there can be multiple people allowed to make changes to it.

Make a calendar in Google Calendar, make it public, put on a page in the site. Here is a tutorial how to do that:
