We have a 4790. Not sure if it is like yours but I had some timing questions this week too. Was told by a dealer that seems to know these things inside out that many guys run the stuffer slightly retarded. Ours is just over 3 teeth on the stuffer sprocket. He said that is more than most but it has been working good so he said leave it.
