West Central Indiana
There's some subtle changes on both engine and ATS, I'm more equipped to speak to the aftertreatment, but I'm sure I can come up with a good change matrix for the engine.

The SCR was added in 2010 and had 2 thermistors and the NOx sensor. 2013 was the same architecture however the thermistors were replaced with CAN thermocouples and a new gen NOx sensor. 2015/16 birthed a new catalyst for MR systems (HD already had this reliability change in early 2013) and added the PM sensor. There have been tons of improvements made throughout this time, most of which are of the calibration type.

IMHO I think, as of right now, your 2014 is about as good as it gets in terms of reliability and robustness. Sure there's been tweaks since then but as long as you keep you calibration fresh with any applicable updates then you're golden.
