Well.... that's.....interesting.... I'm of no help whatsoever. I would probably call the seller and see how they want to proceed? Probably a call to an attorney pretty soon in the future. Interested to hear how this turns out. Can probably take him to court but how long will that take? Someone may have to consider paying off Good luck to you.
