SW WI 53811 | So the display is $4000, the five year premium activation is $8000 so your five year cost is $12,000. So on year 2022 when Deere hasn't came out with a "newer" and " better" display you have to pay another $1700 just to plant your crops. But dealer reassures you that next year because he knows someone that tried out the new ?6650? they will have the new one out that is soooooo much better. So we are at $13,700 for the six years on this display. 2023 rolls around and still nothing out so you have to shell out another $1700 just to plant with it. So we are at $15,400 for seven years compared to the $12500 that the 2630 with all activations cost. My question that I have is how many years was the 2600 out before the 2630 came out, and how many years was the 2630 out before the 4640? Anyone want to take a bet on Deere manipulating the cost of the year and five year subscriptions along the way? Or the dealer saying anyone with a remaining five year subscription not being worth anything when they trade it off? | |
