CMN | Well the optical sensors are very unaccurate in dusty conditions I was goin crazy stoping every round taking meters apart cause it would say my avg singlation was anywhere from 90 to 96%! I took every tube out and cleaned the sensors which made no difference after diggin up seed for half a day I came to the conclusion my planter was planting fine and the sensors are giving false readings. Later that evening I notill planted a field of fall killed alfalfa sod and my avg hung around 98-99% the whole time because there was no dust! The dealer even told me when I had them get me the unlock code for the free trial that not many guys like it. After this I know I will not b paying the $1500 unlock to keep accustat. We had the 20/20 with wave vision sensors on our last planter and never had a field plant under 99% | |
