South Central MN | I've been wanting to get set up to repair my own harnesses or build my own for a while. It has kind of come to a head now that we're swapping planter tractors and need to repair a couple of connectors that have been damaged for a while. What would it take to get set up to work on the connectors listed below? The first 3 are probably the most common.
I know the basic square deutsch connector kits are pretty easy to track down, but do those same kits work for the round twist-lock like this one: https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=HBflAd2C&id=C7...
I'd also like to be able to repair those crappy black screw on connectors that deere uses on their planter harness like these: https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.shoupparts.co...
Finally, it'd be nice to be able to make extensions for CAN connectors like the one in this pic. I couldn't find any better shots, but its the type of connection in the middle of the harness shown where there is a hard t-connection with circular 4-pin connectors. https://www.google.com/search?q=john+deere+wiring+harness&source=lnm...
If anybody could at least give me the actual names of these types of connectors that'd probably be a good start.
