Doesn't your controller have a pressure read out....we have a 20 some year old teejet controller, and even it has a digital pressure readout.
I'd be lost without pressure. When spraying around houses, and especially houses with gardens, I always slow down to drop pressure to 16-18 psi. Just enough to keep the check valves open.
