Granted you might be able to prevent North Korea from going on the offensive but to subdue North Korea will take major effort.
I just read Chinese article. The Chinese will not let South Korea occupy North Korea. China sacrificed thousands of their soldiers in Korea and they will not let it be take and re-united a victorious South Korea. It is as important to them as the "One China" policy and that's important. China will resort to nuclear weapons if there is any serious possibility of North Korean defeat. |
