Now that is a plumbing job by someone who knows dry fertilizer distribution by air!

Those difusers are similar to the Fargo Air one I was trying to find in my truck. I think one of the keys with fertilizer is to not try to change direction of the fertilizer at the diffuser. You can change direction of the air but not the fert or it will plug up sooner or later. Some of that fertilizer is like trying to blow gravel.
