Looks like a simple project. You have a good pattern, so lay it on top of the plate and using a transfer punch, mark and drill the six holes. Drill the holes and then bolt the two pieces together. Now remove as much of the waste material as possible with what ever method works for you and then use a ordinary router with a pattern bit and do the finish work. You will end up with in .002" tolerance of the original.
