East Arkansas | Lots of good thoughts but land purchased for 2500 an acre? Not exactly where but where? I've heard Mississippi county is having a tough year...
I've heard of nothing less than 3500 and that was a deal...farm credit still appraises mine for 5000+ because so much is being sold for more than that. I've heard way more recent 6000-7000 dollar sales than 3500-4000.
I'd take a boatload for 2500...
