Pawnee,gage county, neb | There is a dryland 1/4 with 150 acres tillable & 1-2% slope just 6 miles from my home place in southern gage county Nebraska, it is a good farm but the asking price is $1110000.00! ......$6937.50/acre, earlier this spring a half section of dryland sold at auction just 8 miles from me, it sold for $4300.00/acre, & is only an average all hill ground farm with 40 acres that isn't tillable , the price around here hasn't came down any | |
