I have floor heat, powered by an electric boiler. Love it. No noise, no maintenance. REC metered it seperately at a lower rate (4.5 cents/kw) and gave me a $500 rebate check upon installation. Set at 60 it heats a 45x60 for $200 a month when its cold out.
