I believe you have some photos of yourself in Korea? I believe that would suffice to get you the free "veterans meal" @ Applebees. I'd be fine with that, I know. Glad you got some kind of legal recognition though. I'm guessing laminating was invented yet in mid-50s?

I didn't get my freebie meal last night. We went to Applebees in our area, but every other veteran starting from the American Civil War up thru modern day troopers must've decided to collect also. The waiting line was outside the building. Parking lot was impossible. But, hats off to Applebees & other establishments for extending whatever their wares would allow. Maybe next year I'll make it there.
