I've strip tilled using sf1 before, using straight track you shouldn't have a problem. If you're going to do any rounds that aren't straight they will be off. If you plan of planting with sf1 next spring, save the guidance lines and then when you go out next spring, line up on the strips and re-center your guidance line.
