No sure of Version - Probably V4
Owners manual suggests GGA only. If they don't use GPS speed VTG is probably not necessary but shouldn't hurt.
I think that I'm probably alright as I just got done testing the suspect unit with other equipment and it is OK.
We're probably confused on the Indicator Status display.
