Are you sure about it running on 32 bit? 32 bit software should run on a 64 bit computer unless the installer is only 16 bit.
I've been using Quickbooks since 1992. I've been very happy with it, other than being forced to update every three years to continue to use the online portion of it. It is the only software my accountant uses with their clients.
