I like to use the test strips. I bought mine from shoup, a pack of 50 baldwins was about $35. Local JD, Case or heavy truck dealers will carry them too. I think a pack of 5 was about $5. Fleetgard and JD strips I've used in the past look just like the baldwin I have now.
Don't see the need to change coolant anymore, just filters and add additive as required per test strip.
