I would advise you to check out the Seed Boot Stabilizer Kit at prostitchag.com it is a nicer setup than drilling out the boots and a lot easier to assemble, Sure makes it nice and solid again. A lot of guys overlook that part of their drill but it is one of the most important features to keep the boot down in the trench to clear it nicely. Also would advise this kit on newer drills to keep this from happening.
